Ricky - Vice President

Ladies, Gentlemen, and those of you who are yet to make up your minds…
Hi Hey Hi there Hello Hello Hi.
My names Ricky, and I hold the position of Vice President for LGBrighTon, helping to organise trips, events and any new ways we can think of to encourage an open environment for equality to exist within. I am now a second year studying Bsc Geography. My first year of university was wiked like, I didn’t get into halls and was ready to pack it in there and then... What’s the point if I’m not going to get to meet anyone in halls, that’s the ultimate university experience, isn’t it? How wrong I was, I met so many amazing people, and made sure I signed up to the LGBrighTon Soc at Freshers Fair, and attended a meeting and met some bare safe people. A year later and here I am, still going out way more then I should and loving Brighton and University life, and yes I have come to realise that University is the ideal lifestyle. I’m very liberal and anyone can feel free to talk and approach me about anything, the great thing about the LGBrighTon is that yes we’re all friends and have a good time when we’re out together, but we’re not clicky, we will have a laugh and a good time with anyone, because that is ultimately our job to help and provide assistance to anyone of LGB or T orientation and make sure they feel safe and welcomed at Brighton University and in the city as a whole.
Good Luck to anyone!
Absolute Peace is wished upon you all my young blud cluts!
xx
